<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing nozzle with a compact size and capable of decreasing the intake water speed of washing water supplied to a swirling chamber so as to lower the rotation speed of a swirling member, regarding a washing nozzle of which the swirling member swirls by the force directly received from the kinetic energy of washing water supplied to a swirling chamber and by the lifting force and centrifugal force caused by the kinetic energy. <P>SOLUTION: An inlet path 6 of a swirling chamber for supplying washing water to the swirling chamber 7 is positioned at a point eccentric from the center axis of the swirling chamber 7 with respect to the cross-section crossing the center axis of the swirling chamber 7 at right angles to the direction of the inlet path 6 of the swirling chamber and the shape of the cross-section is characterized in that the length h of the swirling chamber 7 in the axial direction is longer than the length d of the swirling chamber 7 in the radius direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
