Method and device for processing a file are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining an obfuscated executable file, wherein the obfuscated executable file is created from the executable file based on an obfuscation procedure; obtaining an obfuscation log in accordance with the obfuscation procedure; receiving an execution request for executing the executable file; and in response to the execution request: processing the obfuscated executable file in accordance with the obfuscation log to restore the executable file; and executing the executable file. |
