PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting jig on the ocean which can prevent two structures from being damaged by colliding with each other with a little using hardware by drawing the two structure to each other by a simple work and which can be repeatedly used. SOLUTION: The connecting jig on the ocean comprises: a first member 10 and a second member 20, each including a leg and a body, and supported by a shaft, to be rotatably superposed; and a distance adjusting means 40. When the means 40 narrows the interval of the arms of the first member 10 and the second member 20, the interval of the legs of the first member 10 and the second member 20 is narrowed.
