PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove dust deposited on the surface of a fixing member inside a machine or an apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of L-shaped tubes 6 are mounted on a side face of a hollow air tube 3 connected to an air supply source 2 and a duct 5. The L-shaped tubes 6 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the air tube 3 with rotary joins 7 so as to keep predetermined spaces. Flexural tubes 8 are provided at the opening parts of the L-shaped tubes 6, and air supplied from the air supply source 2 is jetted to the outside of the air tube 3 from the tubes 8 of the L-shaped tubes 6. When the air is jetted, turbulent flow is generated in the air by the rotational movement of the L-shaped tubes 6 by the rotary joints 7 and the discharge of the jetted air in the random directions by the vibration movement of the tubes 8, as a result, dust on the surface of the member to be jetted can be removed.
