PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a water barrier sheet of a waste disposal plant capable of easily executing the desired water barrier sheet in a state generating no waste material while forming a plurality of bag bodies on a lower layer sheet to allow them to communicate with each other in a meandering state and achieving the reduction of a production cost and the shortening of a term of works while ensuring quality by devoting to simple work on an execution site, and a self-repairing type water barrier sheet. SOLUTION: The water barrier sheet 1 of the waste disposal plant is constituted of a plurality of bag bodies each formed of a waster impermeable single lower layer sheet 2 laid so as to cover the whole region of the base surface of the waste disposal plant together with a water impermeable rectangular upper layer sheet 3 arranged on the single lower layer sheet 2, openings 8 for allowing the bags to communicate with each other at alternate diagonal positions, shape holding materials 6 arranged in the bag bodies and feed and return pipings 10 and 12 arranged to the lower layer sheet 2 with the first and final bag bodies among the bag bodies communicating with each other by the openings. The plurality of the bag bodies communicating with each other by the openings are demarcated in a predetermined direction to be formed as a plurality of demarcated regions. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
