PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous steel casting method capable of producing a cast slag excellent in inner quality without generating segregation such as center segregation or V segregation. SOLUTION: The continuous steel casting method, in which a position including a part not solidified of a cast slag having a rectangular cross section shape is pressed down by a plurality of guide roll pairs and one or more portions on the slag surface within the range of the pressing down in the casting direction are continuously hit to cast, while applying vibration to the cast slag (1). The continuous steel casting method, in which the cast slag including a part not solidified is rolled down after bulging start, and one or more portions on the cast slag surface within a range of the region in the casting direction from the start of the building till the start of rolling reduction, or within a range of rolling reduction region in the casting direction are continuously hit until the inside of the cast slag in the thickness direction is fully solidified to cast, while applying vibration to the cast slag (2).
