PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for generating steering reaction torque. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a manual steering member 10, a feedback generator 34, a vehicle speed sensor 26, a steering position sensor, a steering actuator load sensor, and a control unit 24 which receives input signals from the steering position sensor and steering actuator load sensor, performs computation about the input signals using one set of reaction torque equations for calculating mathematically one set of reaction torque values, and determines one set of blend reaction torque values by blending the set of reaction torque values and turning them into the condition of one set of blend reaction torque values.
