PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly completely discharge residual gas in a tightly sealed bag to the outside via permeable perforations formed in at least one of upper and lower edges of the tightly sealed bag by making a pair of belt conveyors of the degassing apparatus close to each other, compressing the bag from upper and lower surfaces and finely vibrating it. SOLUTION: The pair of clamping type belt conveyors 11 and 12 are arranged close to each other to narrow a space between packaged bag transporting areas 13 and 14 to the extent that the tightly sealed bag is not broken by starting an electric motor 22 and sliding other edge of each of links 20 and 21 in long holes 18 and 19 respectively to make the links 20 and 21 fall down, and then the fine vibration transportation table 16 is started. The tightly sealed bag B is rapidly exactly degassed by a synergetic effect by the compression of the pair of the clamping type belt conveyors 11 and 12 and fine vibration by the fine vibration transportation table 16.
