PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head which restricts the propagation of pressure waves transmitted in a different direction from a discharge direction, reduces a foaming energy loss, has a high discharge efficiency and a high discharge force, and can be formed at low costs, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A movable part is set in a channel of the inkjet head. The movable part moves when ink foams, thereby restricting the propagation of pressure waves transmitted in the different direction from the discharge direction. The movable part and a stopper for limiting an operation range of the movable part are formed of the same material as at least one material of a material for forming the ink channel.
