PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a measuring reagent using an enzyme cycling method storable for a long period in a liquid state. SOLUTION: The liquid measuring reagent using the enzyme cycling method is prepared by a method adding a rate-determining enzyme in an amount capable of confirming a condition in which absorptivity or permeability of a reaction product or a substrate changing depending on the concentration of a specimen is proportionately increased or decreased within a time not exceeding a measuring range of an analyzer after starting an enzyme cycling reaction and adding an enzyme other than the rate-determining enzyme in an excess amount and enables stable and accurate measurement even after long-term storage.
