PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem incapable of automating the lamination work of wales and course composite double-faced corrugated cardboard. SOLUTION: On the downstream side of a paper feeder 6 placed on a downstream side and gently inclined downwardly, the first guide plate 7 inclined in the almost same degree as the paper feeder 6 is provided and press plates 8, 8a, etc., inclined in the almost same degree as the upper paper feeder 6 are arranged above the first guide plate 7. A pasting device 11 is arranged on the downstream side of a lower paper feeder 10, a pair of upper and lower lamination rollers 12 and 12a are provided on the downstream side of the first guide plate 7 and the pasting device 11, and the second guide plate 13 inclined in the almost degree as the upper paper feeder 6 is provided on the downstream side of the lamination rollers 12 and 12a. Double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa and a single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb coated with an adhesive are inserted in the nip between a pair of the lamination rollers 12 and 12a at the same time by the upper and lower paper feeders 6 and 10, a hard double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa is advanced as it is, and the soft single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb is bent at a lamination position to be laminated to the double-faced corrugated cardboard Wa. Since a fold stripe is not formed to a liner even if the single-faced corrugated cardboard Wb is slightly bent, the wales and course composite double faced corrugated cardboard having no fold stripe can be produced.
