PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a device in a small space as a whole by allowing a loader chuck and an unloader chuck to make uniaxial directional simplified movement in the vertical direction, and arranging a stocker of a pallet, that is, an installing base above a machine body in a work delivery device. SOLUTION: In this work delivery device, the installing base 6 for arranging the pallet 5 is installed on a cover structure 4 arranged outside a spindle stock 3. The installing base 6 is provided with an intermediate delivery device 7 having a turning chuck 10, and a pickup device 8 for delivering a work 1 between the pallet 5 and the turning chuck 10.
