PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slip footwear sole in which less restriction in whole shape or design and providing the sole with a plurality of functions are compatible with each other. SOLUTION: In the anti-slip footwear sole, an elastomer sheet member having a number of notches cut and evenly spaced in a zigzag shape or a waved shape and generally sideways extending on the footwear sole is bonded onto the main sole previously press-formed so as to make the surface with the cut notches outside and to cover a range coming into contact with the walking surface.
