<p>PURPOSE: A composition for forming a transparent conductive film, a transparent conductive film formed from the composition, its preparation method, and an image display device employing the transparent conductive film are provided, to screen the electromagnetic wave effectively. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises an amine compound represented by R1(NH2)n (n is 1 or 2) or (R2O)x-Si(OR3)3-x-R4 ; a metal compound represented by the formula (n is an integer of 0-20); and a polar solvent, wherein R1 is an alkyl group of C1-C20, a phenyl group, an alkenyl group of C2-C20, an alkyl group of C1-C20 having OH, or -(CH2)kSO3H (k is an integer of 1-10); x is an integer of 1-3; R2 and R3 are an alkyl group of C1-C20 or a phenyl group; R4 is an alkyl group of C1-C20 having an amine group or an amino group, an alkenyl group of C2-C20 having an amine group or an amino group, a phenyl group having an amine group or an amino group, or an aryl group of C6-C50 having an amine group or an amino group; M is Si, Ti, Sn or Zr; R6 is an alkyl group of C1-C20 or -M(R12R13R14) (R12, R13 and R14 are independently an alkyl group of C1-C20, an alkoxy group of C10-C20 or an aryl group of C6-C20); R7 is an alkyl group of C1-C20; at least one between R8 and R9 is an alkoxy group of C1-C20 and the other is an alkyl group of C1-C20, an alkoxy group of C10-C20, an alkenyl group of C2-C20 or an aryl group of C6-C20; and at least one between R10 and R11 is an alkoxy group of C1-C20 and the other is an alkyl group of C1-C20, an alkoxy group of C10-C20, an alkenyl group of C2-C20 or an aryl group of C6-C20.</p> |
