<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special privilege point service method capable of contributing to business efficiency in a transport business and a computer program for realizing the method. <P>SOLUTION: The relation between an entrustment condition and the added points of special privilege points is predefined as an individual special privilege information table. The entrustment condition including items to be an object for special privilege point addition is acquired, the individual special privilege information table is referred to when baggage delivery is entrusted to accumulate added points of special privilege points corresponding to the entrustment condition, the accumulated points of the special privilege points are added to the special privilege points of the items to be an object for special privilege point addition included in the entrustment condition, and customer's accumulated points are updated according to the obtained special privilege points.
