<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation and management of the existing halls. <P>SOLUTION: Input terminals 11, 21, 31 for inputting questionnaires and information terminals 12, 22, 32 are installed in the respective halls 1 to 3 and the terminals are connected with a server 4 via a network 7. A database 5 is connected with the server 4 and an operation history of the respective halls and results of the questionnaires executed when holding concerts, etc., are stored in the database 5. The server 4 outputs operation states of the halls and the results of the questionnaires by performing statistical processing to them on the basis of information stored in the database 5, diagnoses acoustic characteristics, equipment, etc., of the halls on the basis of statistical results and acoustic measurement results and outputs its remedial measures to the information terminals 12, 22, 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
