PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a program with excellent security while securing the convenience of the program offered via a network.

SOLUTION: A portable telephone 40 has high importance of data and contents to be copyrighted stored therein in a capsule form, and handles only a method by which such data or contents cannot be delivered to a program as an operation source, as a completely capsulized object. A Java application (AP) downloaded into the telephone 40 instructs the completely-capsulized object to operate the capsulized data in the object using the method of the object.
