PURPOSE: A device and a method for solving network connection error are provided to normalize the network connection easily when the network is not operated normally on a network device. CONSTITUTION: A user information storage(116) stores the information for the network devices providing a hotline service. A network information storage(117) stores the network information. A hotline DNS(Domain Name System) storage(118) stores a DNS used when the hotline service is offered. A remote information storage(119) stores the information for operating the network occurring the remote trouble. A user manager(112) registers and manages the user by linking with the user information storage. An IP(Internet Protocol) table manager supports, updates, and manages the connectable IP table by connecting to the network information storage. A network information manager(113) supports, updates, and manages the connectable network information by connecting to a hotspot database. A hotline DNS manager(114) supports and manages the hotline DNS by connecting to the hotline DNS. An input/output interface controller(111) transmits data between the network device and each manager.
