PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-like insulating material wherein one side or both sides of an insulating base material is coated with a water-dispersed adhesive layer excellent in insulating properties. SOLUTION: In a tape-like insulating material wherein one side or both sides of an insulating base material is coated with an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is formed by a water-dispersed acrylic adhesive containing polymer emulsion obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a monomer mainly consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid (4-12C) alkyl ester in the presence of an emulsifier, and has a corrosion coefficient not less than 0.98, which is specified in the JIS C-2338.
