PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of system operation and reduce the man-hour for operation by realizing an automatic minute release control for SYSOUT overload according to the actual state of the system. SOLUTION: This system stores SYSOUT (system output stream) file of various jobs processed by a host computer 1 in a shared standard SYSOUT file device 4. The activity ratio of the standard SYSOUT file device 4 is monitored, and when the activity ratio exceeds a preset fixed level value, it is decided to be SYSOUT overload warning level, SYSOUT overload warning processing is started, and overload automatic release control processing is conducted. That is, according to the designation data of the disposition contents previously set in job units in a management table by JCL (job control language), the file is deleted and transferred in job units.
