PURPOSE: A display apparatus of a frame type air conditioner is provided to simplify assembly process and reduce cost and time needed for assembly by allowing a display window to be assembled to a display panel together with a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus comprises a display panel(72) having a hole(h) formed on a center thereof, and installed on a front panel on a lower side of a front grill; a PCB(74) fixed to a rear side of the display panel, and having a display unit built thereon to indicate working status of an air conditioner; and a display window(76) mounted on the hole of the display panel to allow a user to see signal generated by the display unit. The display window and the PCB are mounted on the rear side of the display panel so that the PCB is placed on a rear side of the display window. The display window has a central part(76a) formed to be protruded more than an upper end and a lower end thereof so that the display window is mounted to the hole of the display panel. |
