<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that test design is difficult because attention should be paid to the whole of a test in the case of designing or altering a specified part of a test program. <P>SOLUTION: System presents a list of models whose test softwares exist and a user selects a model to be tested. Software corresponding to the model whose program is selected is uploaded. Subsequently, the software is inquired concerning the list and descriptions of the procedures to be presented to the user, and while the user selects one of procedures, the system is temporarily stopped. When the procedure is selected, the program obtains the selected procedure from software, and continued from the description in the procedure, a procedure software object is expanded into tests, measurements and data points.
