PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide angle circularly polarized wave antenna whose axial ratio shows an excellent characteristic over a wide angle regardless of its small size and to provide a wide angle circularly polarized wave antenna capable of electrically switching the swiveling directions as necessary. SOLUTION: A standing wave of one wavelength is superimposed upon a conductive line 1 whose circumference is about one wavelength in a first direction by two excitation sources 3a and 3b, and a standing wave of one wavelength is simultaneously superimposed in a second direction different from the first direction by about 90°. A circularly polarized wave loop antenna 1 is configured by making the phases of the two excitation sources different by about 90°. A reflector 2 is provided at a rear part of the circularly polarized wave loop antenna 10. In the reflector 2, a surface in the direction of radiation is concave, and the circularly polarized wave loop antenna 10 is arranged at a position that is an inner side from the focus of the reflector 2.
