<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for grasping the operating state of an electric apparatus reduced in cost at grasping the operating state of each of a plurality of electric apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: Power fed by a power line 3 is measured by a power sensor 5, and the result of the measurement is given to a power information processing device 6. When the power fed by the power line 3 is increased, the power information processing device 6 determines that the electric apparatus that consumes the power at operation by the amount of the increase starts operation, and when the power fed by the power line 3 is decreased, the power information processing device determines that the electric apparatus that consumes the power at the operation by the amount of the decrease stops the operation.
