PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition for acned skin containing an Ulmus davidiana extract that has inhibition effect on the growth of pathogenic microorganisms causing an acne and other skin diseases. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for acned skin is characterized by comprising 0.05-10.0 wt.% of an Ulmus davidiana extract and general cosmetic composition consisting of purified water, a humectant, a surfactant, a viscosity regulator, oil and wax, water soluble active components, oil soluble active components, a flavoring agent and the like.
