<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience to a user who wants to have a test ride of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The user inputs a user ID, a desired vehicle for a test ride, desired date and hour for the test ride or the like to request the test ride from a user terminal 10. A server 12 authenticates the user, accesses a rental car shop terminal to confirm whether the desired vehicle for a test ride exists and answers the user terminal 10 that the desired vehicle for a test ride is delivered to the convenience store closest to the user.
