PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacing adjustment fitting which can easily adjust a height in a wide range according to a spacing defined by a base and a member to be mounted on the base. SOLUTION: The fitting 1 includes a first spacing adjusting member 10 fixed to the base and a second spacing adjusting member 50 mounted to a member to be located rotatably with respect to the first adjusting member 10. The first adjusting member 10 has a first stepwise inclined surface on a surface opposite to the second adjusting member 50. The second adjusting member 50 has a second stepwise inclined surface inclined complementarily to the first inclined surface. When the second adjusting member 50 is pushed against the first adjusting member 10, the second adjusting member 50 is relatively rotated so that the second inclined surface moves along the first inclined surface and thus a height is made small according to the moved distance.
