PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery structure capable of preventing short circuit caused by the contact of a positive electrode and a negative electrode even when a shift of winding is generated. SOLUTION: For the battery structure formed by winding a positive plate 2 and a negative plate 3 into roll shape interposing a separator 4, and housing them in a case, an electric insulation material 6 is formed between the case 1 and the positive plate 2 located at the bottom side of the case 1.
