PURPOSE: A system for supplying on-demand information in a wireless communication system and a method therefor are provided to process wire news contents, and to transform the contents into wireless contents service systems to create wireless news contents, thereby supplying the wireless news contents for the wire contents. CONSTITUTION: A news information retriever(100) retrieves and collects news contents provided from wire contents providers(120-140). An article information corrector(220) classifies wireless contents providing systems, and performs pre-processing to convert the collected news contents into document types. A display optimizer(210) extracts news contents to be provided through a mobile terminal(50) from the pre-processed news contents, and converts the extracted news contents into document types to store the contents. A contents provider and interface(280) creates an interested information DB by collecting customers' interaction information, extracts the wireless contents, and supplies the wireless contents re-created by reflecting the customers' interest to the mobile terminal(50). |
