PURPOSE: An antenna switch using LTCC(Low Temperature Cofired ceramic) is provided to obtain the desired impedance and improve a degree of freedom in a design process by forming a pattern of a phase shift portion as a micro strip line. CONSTITUTION: An antenna switch using LTCC includes a main body portion(20), a cavity(20a), a plurality of transmission and reception portions, and a phase shift portion. The main body portion(20) is formed on a semiconductor substrate(4) by stacking a plurality of thin films(21-24). The cavity(20a) is formed between the semiconductor substrate(4) and the main body portion(20). The transmission and reception portions transmits or receives signals of plural frequency bands. The phase shift portion is formed with the micro strip lines. The semiconductor substrate(4) includes a ground(26) opposite to electronic components(40) mounted on the main body portion(20).
