PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily set a status of an incoming tone from the side of a battery charger even when mobile telephone equipment is set on the battery charger. SOLUTION: While mobile telephone equipment 1 is set on a battery charger 1, the incoming tone is set to the same status as an incoming tone setting status which is set on the side of the battery charger 2 by an external incoming tone setting part 12. In the battery charger 2, incoming tone valid and invalid times are set by incoming tone valid and invalid time setting parts 24 and 25, and whether the incoming tone is made valid or invalid is set by a manual valid/ invalid switch 22/23 preferentially regardless of valid/invalid time setting.
