PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape processing method in which, in deformation processing with a possibility of rework, a position at that time in processing history information is marked and the processing is executed and, if the processing is not properly completed, a shape at the marked position is reproduced to enable continuation of another processing. SOLUTION: After execution of a processing A, a marked identifier immediately after its processing history information is recorded (S2), a basic processing row of a processing B is executed and the processing history information of the processing B is recorded (S3), when moving onto a processing C, it is determined whether the processing C can be continued by evaluating the result of the processing B (S4), if continuation is possible (Yes to S4), the processing C is executed (S5), while if continuation is not possible (No to S4), the marked identifier immediately after the processing A is obtained from a memory, a basic processing data row after a point to which the identifier is added is obtained from the processing history information, its reverse processing is executed in the order opposite to the stored order and returned to the shape immediately after the processing A (S7), the basic processing data row is deleted from the processing history information (S8), and a processing D is executed for the shape immediately after the processing A (S9).
