<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consulting support system by which a customer can be consulted rapidly, and to provide a program therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A processing means acquires a consultant introduction request from a terminal 2 on the user side via a communication means 11 and executes a step for recording acceptance time in when the consultant introduction request is acquired in a storage means 13, a step for comparing the recorded acceptance time with time when the respective consultants can perform the consultation, stored in the storage means and for reading pieces of contact address information about one or a plurality of consultants in which both time coincident from the storage means 13 and a step for transmitting pieces of the read contact address information to the terminal 2 on the user side via the communication means 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
