PURPOSE: Provided is a waterproof bag which includes an internal design at inner side of the waterproof bag to differ from an external design and function as background of the external design for refining the external design so that it contributes to raise product quality. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof bag comprises the parts of: an external bag which is woven from synthetic resin yarn; an internal tube which is made of waterproof film paper; and the internal design(4) which is comprised of various characters, figures and pictures displaying the name of contents or the name and the symbol mark of production or selling companies and inserted into the external bag.
