PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus whereby a server can manage sentences and images at the same time while providing a unique feature to the sentences and the images acquired through a network or the like.

SOLUTION: This invention provides the image processing apparatus whereby output management in a server client type network can efficiently be executed in the case that a user integrates a sentence or an image acquired via a server into a sentence or an image created on an application of a host computer acting like a client and the host computer outputs the resulting sentence or image to an output apparatus.
