<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that not only fixed stations but also mobile stations can receive radio signals from a satellite even in a dead area where these signals cannot be received directly, without installing large-scale equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A gap filler device GFa is installed on the roof of a building or the like. The device GFa receives and amplifies broadcasting signals transmitted from a geostationary satellite SAT1.
