PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emitting source composition for a field emission display device in which exposure performance and development performance of photoetching at the time of manufacture and emission current property after the manufacture are improved, and degradation of vacuum and reduction of current density by the passage of time are alleviated. SOLUTION: The electron emitting source composition contains a carbon nano-tube 1-20 wt.%, a glass frit, ethylcellulose, and an organic binder resin containing acrylate system resin and/or acrylic resin, and an organic solvent, and contains the above glass frit by 1-500 parts weight to the above carbon nano-tube 100 parts weight.
