PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work while watching the conditions of another communicator on a screen in real time. SOLUTION: A server PC is prepared with a communicator management table for correspondently registering a telephone terminal equipment, a communicator for utilizing the telephone terminal equipment and respective client PC, and an operation status of the communicator. When the communicator performs a prescribed operation on a main screen of a client PC (Y of step S1, Y of S2, Y of S3), registered contents are transmitted to the client PC by the server PC and received by the client PC (step S4). Then, names of respective communicators recorded in the received data are displayed in different colors on the main screen in accordance with the operation statuses of the communicators (step S5).
