PURPOSE: An antifuse for a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor is provided to electrically program a fuse realized in a CMOS image sensor by using high voltage without using an expensive laser equipment. CONSTITUTION: A master fuse block made up of n+1 unit fuse circuits transmits output of master fuse <1:m> to multiplexors. An antifuse array decoder decodes k+1 antifuse arrays. M antifuse array blocks program address sets of bad pixels to a place where addresses of bad pixels are directly programmed. Comparator blocks compare a pixel address of k+1 bits with an address of k+1 bits generated from the programmed antifuse array for judging whether the pixel address is identical to the bad address. If so, an image processing block secures data read from a bad pixel. |
