PURPOSE: Provided is a desk unit for reading room, wherein a gateway of each user is completely separated, and thus users are not disturbed by another users, and which a plurality of users can be admitted to the reading room and thus space of the reading room can be effectively used. CONSTITUTION: The desk unit for reading room comprises a plurality of basic plates(32,34) connected at right angle so as to form a cross; and four side plates(36), which cross at the edges at right angle and is connected so as to protrude to either side direction, and which form a mark indicating a temple together with the basic plates, wherein insides of 4 spaces formed by the basic plates and the side plates so as to have each entrances are connected to a desk plate(38) protruded from the side of the basic plates toward the entrance.
