The construction element has at least one lattice beam (12) with the lower boom embedded in a concrete slab (10) and the upper boom as a wooden section (24) for the fastening of roof rafters. A concrete beam (14) is connected to the upper boom, and the wooden section on the underside has protruding pins or suchlike which with locating of the wooden section on the concrete beam are embedded in the latter. The pins are in the form of nails (26) or screws which are driven into the wooden section and protrude over its underside.
