A beverage pack such as a milk pack capable of preventing beverage from being spouted from a straw by flowing out the beverage contained in the beverage pack to the outside through a small hole part when a pressing force is applied to the beverage pack from the outside, wherein a partition wall for separating a beverage storage portion from a hollow portion is provided in the beverage pack, the small hole part passing from the hollow portion inside the pack to the outside and a small hole closing valve are provided on the outside thereof, and a small hole part for escaping the overflowing beverage to the hollow portion but to the outside is provided in the straw, whereby, when the pressing force is applied to the beverage pack from the outside, the beverage is escaped into the hollow portion through the small hole part in the straw and the air inside the hollow portion is allowed to flow to the outside to prevent the beverage from being spouted from the straw.
