PURPOSE: A muffler is provided to achieve improved performance of the muffler by permitting the internal space of the side frame to be used as a resonator. CONSTITUTION: A side frame(30) arranged in the vicinity of a muffler(20) has an inside connected to the muffler so as to permit the internal space of the side frame is used as a resonator. A diaphragm(40) is mounted in the side frame so as to restrict the internal space of the side frame.
