<p>Water treatment apparatus has a reservoir (12) for receiving and storing purified water until required, for example in a beverage dispenser. The water is purified by heating in housing (10) and is cooled in heat exchanger (11) prior to delivery to the reservoir (12). The reservoir (12) includes a heating element (32) for heating the purified water and passing steam generated in the reverse direction back though the heat exchanger (11) to the housing (10) to sanitise the apparatus.</p> |
