PURPOSE: A rear pillar part combining structure of an SUV(Sports Utility Vehicles) is provided to firmly and stably combine C and D pillars of a rear pillar part, increase combining strength, accordingly prevent the rear pillar part from being strained by torsional load applied from the outside, and considerably stabilize the cornering of the vehicle by improving the durability of a rear suspension mounting part. CONSTITUTION: A rear pillar part combining structure of an SUV is composed of a C pillar(2) arranged in the front of a side glass(1) formed at the rear of the vehicle; a D pillar(3) mounted at the rear of the side glass; a roof side member(4) connecting upper parts of the C and D pillars above the side glass; and a cross member(10) connecting lower parts of C and D pillars under the side glass to improve strength, and having a closed section.
