SUBSTANCE: for wiring electronic devices on printed-circuit board wiring head is provided with third electrode connected to one of leads of step-down matching transformer that forms two pairs of electrodes disposed in relatively perpendicular planes; electronic device mounts held in magazine are provided with parts that function to position leads of these devices relative to first or second pair of wiring head electrodes; handler and wiring head are made as separate components.
