SUBSTANCE: method involves using smooth pea grains at biologically matured stage; subjecting pea grains to swelling in the presence of preparation produced from Mortierella sarnyensis micromycet biomass by predetermined process; charging pea grains together with media into cans; sealing and sterilizing. EFFECT: provision for year-round production and keeping of required consumer properties of canned food. |
