The housing (1) has a pair of oppositely-handed side pieces (13l,13r) held apart by a two-part spacer piece (4,5) with an aperture through which the tape may be pulled. A fastener (9) may engage in eyes (12) in the side pieces and the first spacer piece. The second spacer piece may be held by a spring clip (11) with legs (10) fitting in further eyes (8).
