PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber-reinforced resin having a high hardness and an excellent weld appearance while retaining well balanced excellent physical properties such as impact resistance and fluidity. SOLUTION: The rubber-reinforced resin is obtained by graft-polymerization of at least two monomer components (B) selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, a (meth)acrylate, an acid anhydride-based monomer and a maleimde compound in the presence of a rubbery polymer latex (A) whose average particle diameter is 200-500 nm and particle diameter distribution is specified as follows: the ratio of particles having particle diameters of≤100 nm is 1-15 wt.%, and the ratio of particles having diameter of≥700 nm is≤15 wt.%. The graft ratio of the rubber-reinforced resin is 10-150% and the content of the rubbery polymer in the resin is 5-80 wt.%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
