PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank for filling a substance such as water, of which the manufacture is simple, and of which the usability is excellent. SOLUTION: This tank is equipped with a tank main body 21 which is formed into an approximately spherical shape by assembling a large number of polygonal plate pieces such as pentagonal plate pieces 310 and hexagonal plate pieces 320, an upper opening which is opened at the upper part of the tank main body 210, and an opening/closing lid 212 which is freely openably covered on the upper opening. The manufacture itself of each plate piece can be easily performed. Also, connecting parts between respectively corresponding bonding pieces of respective plate pieces are polygonally bonded.
